How to use this calculator
Inputs and math:
- Long P&L = (Exit − Entry) × Shares − Fees
- Short P&L = (Entry − Exit) × Shares − Fees
- ROI = Net P&L ÷ (Entry × Shares) × 100
The fees field accepts the total round-trip cost (both legs combined). For pre-fee analysis, leave it at 0.
Note on shorts: short P&L is positive when exit is below entry (you profit when price drops). The calculator handles the sign automatically based on the side you select.
